Advance Care Planning PresentationsThe Coalition offers community education and assistance in making your wishes known in advance of a medical crisis. Free informational presentations are made in public venues, workplace settings, and community organization meeting places. Sometimes, "Make Your Wishes Known" gatherings are held in private homes, where attendees get help in filling out Advance Directives from a coalition facilitator.
